CIRQUE du SO WHAT?’S 3rd album ”STUPID COWBOY THING – VOLUME 2: ADDITIONAL SQUID” released! At long last, all of the remaining unreleased material by Cirque du So What is available to the unsuspecting public on our third album ”Stupid Cowboy Thing – Volume 2: Additional Squid”. It’s got more R-rated sketch comedy covering such important issues as abortion, gun control, the Black Eyed Peas, jerks, waffle irons, racism, hentai, the FCC, and of course, tile. You can order the CD now at: http://www.thefump.com/store_release.php?id=98 Do it now, Superhorse commands it.
Download it now for free at the FuMP: http://www.thefump.com . Back in my formative years as a comedy performer, I had two diametrically opposed schools of thought vying to influence me. The PG-rated ruled and structured improvisation club I worked at, versus the R-rated intentionally offensive dadaist anarchy that ensued when I filmed sketches privately with my close friends. This sketch explores the pros and cons of both, giving a loving hug and a middle finger simultaneously. This track is from our new album “Stupid Cowboy Thing: Volume 2 – Additional Squid”, available now in the FuMP store.
All the new tracks from “Stupid Cowboy Thing – Volume 2: Additional Squid” are now up for voting for the Mad Music Top 20 Revenge Countdown! Please go vote and let DJ Particle know which tracks from the album you like best!

CIRQUE DU SO WHAT?’S NEW ALBUM,
“STUPID COWBOY THING – VOLUME 1: GRANDMOTHER!”
NOW AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER, WITH BONUS ALBUM!
Cirque do So What, the sketch comedy super group made up of Devo Spice, the great Luke Ski, Shoebox of Worm Quartet, and Chris Mezzolesta of Power Salad, returns with their second album which is so packed full of comedy, insanity, and profanity, that it had to be broken up into two albums.
Stupid Cowboy Thing, Volume 1: GRANDMOTHER! features an hour of hilarious sketches, phony commercials, and bizarre music. The Guess The Context series continues unashamedly, and of course there are appearances by The Tile Guy. There’s also a really inappropriate song that you will find yourself singing at all the wrong times because it will get stuck in your head and will surface and the most inopportune times.
This album also heavily features Carrie Dahlby, Kim Crist, and Sara Trice, and also features a cameo appearance by the lads of Flat 29.
Stupid Cowboy Thing, Volume 1: GRANDMOTHER! is now available as a pre-order. If you pre-order the CD now you will receive the digital version of the album immediately so you don’t have to wait to hear it. Additionally, you will receive a special digital bonus CD with another 40 minutes of sketches, live performance recordings, and outtakes. Once the physical CD of Stupid Cowboy Thing ships the bonus material will no longer be available, so order now!

Once Chris finishes producing them, we’ll be relelasing the second album by Cirque du So What?, accidentally titled "STUPID COWBOY THING". There will be bonus CD of extra material available to those who pre-order the album, visit http://cirquedusowhat.net for forthcoming details. And yes, there will be tile.

Sometimes you just can’t find stuff. Some days you just can’t get rid of a bomb! But that aside, Cirque du So What offers up An Amazing New System for finding stuff – it’s called Looking For Things! Luke Ski parlays his real-life frustrations into yet another irresistible thing we must all partake in!! This is from the “Procrastinators of the Apocalypse” sessions and features Sara “Dement1a” Trice as the hapless looker-for-things who Sees The Light, Devo Spice as “Tim” [which means that ShoEboX is here in spirit], Luke Ski as himself in full infomercial glory, and Chris Mezzolesta of Power Salad as the usual TV announcer. Check out more of the group and pick up CDs and T-shirts at http://www.cirquedusowhat.net or http://www.baconnipples.com. OKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!

Some of the phrases commonly heard in entertainment advertising are getting overused. Cirque du So What now presents a short fable illustrating the consequences to which this could lead if gone unchecked. Thank you, good luck, and God bless America.

Luke Ski here. When I was a lad, I had a Commodore 128 plus, for which I bought and played many floppy disc video games. One of them was “The Three Stooges”, a series of mini games where you raise money to save an oprhanage. In one of the mini-games, you could be Moe and slap around Larry and Curly like they do in the classic short films. As the years went on, and game franchises like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, the Marvel vs. Capcom crossovers, and the like grew in popularity and technical refinement, I always felt that there needed to be a current-tech follow up to that old mini-game, taken to it’s logical extremes. So I wrote this sketch with help from Devo, ShoEboX, and Chris in the hopes to kick-start it into its existence. So come on Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony! What are you waiting for? We already have an awesome butt-kickin’, eye-pokin’, face-slappin’ techno theme song for you by Alchav of Soggy Potato Chips, and this awesome video by Jered “Mr. Tuesday” Perez, so get to it!
